Serraria

This hydroelectric power plant of is located in the municipality of Juquiá, 190 kilometers from the city of São Paulo. Its construction was initiated in 1973 and finished in 1978, immediately entering into operation. It is the fourth power plant built by CBA and the sixth in sequence along the River Juquiá-Guaçu.

Its average annual generation capacity is 145 GWh and its dam is 190 meters long and 61 meters high from the lowest level of the foundations.

Operates with one generator and one turbine, manufactured respectively by Brown Boveri and Voith.
