The CBA aluminum cables, with or without steel core, have the guarantee of ISO certification of quality and are produced from methods, technology and advanced equipment, corresponding to the standards established by the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT) and also the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).

Thanks to the broad range of physic-chemical and metallurgical properties they possess, CBA cables have a diversified use and substitute materials that are rare, expensive, less durable or heavier than aluminum, creating new concepts of production and applications, amongst which may be mentioned its utilization for the transmission of energy generated for the power plant of Itaipu.
