Roof Tiles

CBA was a pioneer in Brazil in the production of aluminum wavy and trapezoidal roof tiles, excellent for roofs or linings applications.

Votoral roof tiles meet the most rigorous technical requirements of the building and construction market (ABNT – NBR 6123 and ABNT – NBR 144331) and provide low specific weight (2.7 kg/dm³). The tiles are fabricated from aluminum structural alloys, which allow for optimum resistance to wind load. In addition, they offer excellent thermal insulation features for incident heat is reflected, thus maintaining a thermally protected ambient. A wide range of accessories help keep the cover impermeable to water, if properly installed.

The current production capacity is 15 thousand tons per year.

Roof Applications
Votoral roof tiles are an excellent alternative for the comfort requirements, functionality and low maintenance cost. They were developed bearing in mind the action of the wind, rainfall and types of roofs.

They are manufactured in three types:

• Votoral Wavy Roof Tile AF 18/988
  Recommended for applications to the structures with an arch shape, because due to the waves it is easily adapted to curves.
• Votoral Trapezoidal Roof Tile AF 38/990
  Recommended for applications in roofs in which a concentrated overload is frequently requested. It is applied to warehouses and structures with an arch shape, two winged and spatial.
• Votoral Ribbed Trapezoidal Roof Tile AF 38/1025
  Recommended for applications in large roofs and lateral closings. The roof tile was developed bearing in mind its advanced design and the Brazilian climatic conditions. It presents a major return per square meter. It is applied to warehouses with structures with an arch shape, two winged, shed and spatial.
