CBA aluminum cables, manufactured with or without a steel core, are employed specially in power transmission networks.

Part of the transmission lines of the Itaipú power plant, located along the border between Brazil and Paraguay, was constructed with cables provided by CBA.

The Company has an installed capacity of 24 thousand tons of cables per annum.
